Tips for Making a Great 3 King Smoothie
This recipe is very easy and, with a few smart choices, you can make the best Healthy Drink you have ever tasted. Let's get started.
We separate the recipe into 2 parts
(1) Chia Seed pudding
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds
- 90 ml coconut milk
Whisk the coconut milk, chia seeds together in a glass. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and then whisk again (this just helps prevent clumping), Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hours, or overnight. It is good to stir the mixture often during this time, but don't worry if you can't.
(2) Smoothie Acai-Piña colada
- 1-2 teaspoon 100 % “Hearty Acai”
- 125g diced frozen pineapple
- 2-3 Ice cubes
- 90ml coconut milk


Instructions
Fill blender halfway with ice cubes, 100% Hearty Acai, Coconut milk and frozen pineapple, Blend until smooth, Pour Acai-Piña colada over the top of set chia pudding, Garnish and serve,
Garnished with tropical fruits and shredded coconut. (We use kiwi berry and shredded coconut)
