This recipe is very easy and, with a few smart choices, you can make the best Healthy Drink you have ever tasted....
- 4 tbsp freeze dried HEARTY Acai Powder
- 1 heaping cup (160 g) organic frozen mixed berries
- 1 (100 g) small ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 100g apple juice
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) honey, plus more as needed
optional: 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice*
1.Add the frozen fruits, apple juice, acai powder and honey to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra apple juice as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen-yoghurt consistency (it should be thicker than a smoothie).
2.Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with granola, sliced fruit, a drizzle of honey, and the optional toppings (if using).
